27 July 2008 is the Cambodia's national election day. This is a great opportunity for Cambodian people to practice democracy term. Nowadays, political parties are doing their campaign to show their party's policy to people.

BIOGRAPHY

BORN ON THURSDAY 14 MAY 1953, IN PHNOM PENH, HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS PRINCE NORODOM SIHAMONI IS THE SON OF HIS MAJESTY NORODOM SIHANOUK, KING OF CAMBODIA AND OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK OF CAMBODIA.

1959-1962 : PRIMARY SCHOOLING AT THE NORODOM SCHOOL AND THEN AT THE DESCARTES HIGH SCHOOL IN PHNOM PENH (CAMBODIA).

1962-1967 : PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLING AT PRAGUE'S HIGH SCHOOL (CZECHOSLOVAKIA).

1967-1971 : DANCE, MUSIC AND THEATRE COURSES AT THE NATIONAL CONSERVATORY OF PRAGUE.

1970 : HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE –PRAGUE (WITH "VERY GOOD" MARKS).

1971 : FIRST PRICE COURSE OF CLASSICAL DANCE OF THE NATIONAL CONSERVATORY OF PRAGUE.

1971-1975 : HIGHER DANCE, MUSIC AND THEATRE COURSES, ACADEMY OF MUSICAL ART OF PRAGUE.

1975 : GRADUATED FROM THE ACADEMY OF MUSICAL ART OF PRAGUE.

1975 : AUTHOR OF A THESIS ON THE CONCEPTION AND ADMINISTRATION OF ARTISTIC SCHOOLS IN CAMBODIA.

1975 – 1976 : HIGHER STUDIES OF CINEMATOGRAPHY IN THE D.P.R. OF KOREA.

SINCE 1981 : PROFESSOR OF CLASSICAL DANCE AND ARTISTIC PEDAGOGY AT THE MARIUS PETIPA CONSERVATORY, THE GABRIEL FAURE CONSERVATORY

AND THE W.A. MOZART CONSERVATORY OF THE CITY OF PARIS.

SINCE 1984 : PRESIDENT OF THE KHMER DANCE ASSOCIATION IN FRANCE AND DIRECTOR GENERAL AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF THE BALLET GROUP “DEVA”.

SINCE 1990 : DIRECTOR GENERAL AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF THE KHMER CINEMATOGRAPHIC SOCIETY "KHEMARA PICTURES".

1992 : CHOSEN UNANIMOUSLY BY THE MEMBERS OF THE SUPREME NATIONAL UNCIL OF CAMBODIA TO BE PERMANENT
REPRESENTATIVE OF CAMBODIA TO THE UNITED NATIONS.

30 AUGUST 1993 : APPOINTED AMBASSADOR OF THE KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA TO UNESCO.

1ST FEBRUARY 1994 : ELEVATED BY H.M. THE KING TO THE RANK OF SDECH KROM KHUN (GREAT PRINCE).

LANGUAGES : KHMER, FLUENT IN FRENCH AND CZECH, GOOD ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN.

DECORATIONS : GRAND CROSS OF THE ROYAL ORDER OF MONISARAPHON (CAMBODIA) .

Episode 6

Hey this is my last game of the best youth competition. The game is mock trail, mean that we performed fictional case. You know, in this game made me felt unbelievable because it seemed like a real one which had lawyers, judge, defendants, applicants, witnesses. You know, I performed defendant lawyer. Incredible, I did like a real lawyer…Everyone proud of me.

Even though, I did good job but result relief that my group lost. The reason of losing is lack of reason to support our argument. Of course, we were in the defendant side, so it was hard to seek plenty reasons. It seemed to force death to walked for this case, we knew that defendant was completely wrong which defendant borrowed money from applicant but he did not give money back.

Episode 5

Social development is the topic of the fifth game. We have 500$ in budget in order to make a project for helping one commune which locates in Kom Pong Speu province. We were trained how to make, manage project by one young lady working in one NGO.

For my group, we went there to ask what are the high potential need in their community. We had gotten information that, this place face water problem, no water system and depending on rains. That why we decide to buy three pump machine. As result, my group won in this episode.

Episode 4

This episode is one of hardest game, making spot. Before, just watching on the TVs but I don’t know how to make it. But in this game, they allowed the candidates to create spot which has 30s and focus on youth and election. Of course, it made me dizzy because we didn’t know how to handle with camera. Unbelievable, everything has gone smoothly and we had completed our works successfully. You know I am an actor of my spot….. It made me to become an old man….

The meaning of my spot: our group decided to make scenario, an old man and woman walking and dreaming on country development. This development is come from election which both old man and woman come to vote while they were youths.

As result, our group is lost because the judge thought that it was out of topic. Of course, my group idea is too deep that is hard to know our meaning. What I have learnt from this game?
The judge advise group that we need to fight in the proper point cuz we have only 30s.

Our charity, we went Krou Sar Thmey school teaching children who are blind, deaf, disability person. We bought sport equipments and gave 500$ for the whole school.
